How it works

Step by step

1

Tag the project

Type a project name in the event form. The project shows in the event's details, in site diary exports and in Project Report.

2

Filter

Pick a project in the All projects filter at the top of Calendars to see only its events in every view; choose All projects to clear it.

3

Log the hours

Edit an event and fill in Actual duration (hrs) - 1.5 for 90 minutes - and tick Completed.

4

See the week

Choose Tracking & at a glance in the ··· menu for the week's planned hours, logged hours, completed events and a day-by-day breakdown.

Projects and time tracking help has every option in detail.

Frequently asked questions

Can I export the hours?

Project Report in Calendar Pro exports a project's events and hours as CSV, for a timesheet or invoice backup. The weekly totals in Time Tracking are free.

Does a repeating event count every time?

Each occurrence you log hours on counts in that week's totals. Project Report lists the series once, marked as repeating.

Do I need an account?

No. Projects and hours are kept on your PC with the rest of your calendar.
