How to see the hours spent on each project

Tag events by project and log the hours as you go (free). Calendar Pro's Project Report adds them up: planned against logged hours, how many are done, and a CSV for your timesheet.

Open Project Report

Click Report in the toolbar.

Pick the project

Events, planned hours, logged hours and completed - then every event with its date and hours.

Switch projects

Pick another project from the list.

Export CSV

Export CSV saves date, title, category, times, hours, completed and description - ready for a spreadsheet.

Tips

Repeating events are listed once and marked as repeating.
The AI summary describes the project in words; the totals are always Calendar's own sums.
