Link a calendar

Choose + Add calendar → Link Outlook / Google calendar in the sidebar and paste the calendar's iCal address. Its events appear alongside yours in every view, read-only, and refresh every 30 minutes. One linked calendar is free; with Calendar Pro you can link as many as you like.

Where to find the address

Every calendar service that can publish a calendar gives you an iCal (.ics or webcal://) address. The panel in Calendar shows where to find it in the common services.

• Outlook on the web: Settings > Calendar > Shared calendars > Publish a calendar, then copy the ICS link.
• Google Calendar: Settings > your calendar > Integrate calendar > Secret address in iCal format.
• Apple iCloud: share the calendar as a Public Calendar and copy the link.

Keep the address private

Anyone who has the address can see that calendar. It stays on your PC and isn't synced. The Windows app fetches the calendar straight from your PC.
