Export summaries as CSV or true XLSX workbooks for quantity review and downstream estimating workflows. Totals exports use the current Group totals by dropdown.
The PDF export renders each source page with markups and styled notes rather than using the current zoomed viewport. The summary page uses the current totals grouping.
Place on this page (Schedule or Totals tab, or the command palette) adds a legend to the drawing showing each measurement's colour and line style, name and total quantity. Drag it to move it, drag its bottom-right corner to resize it, and choose whether it shows this page or the whole set and whether to group it by trade. It is saved with the project.
Choose On marked PDF: Legend on each page draws your placed legend, or one in the bottom-right corner, on every page; One legend for the whole set adds legend pages at the end; No legend switches it off.
Export drawing images for lightweight sharing and review - that's free. Quantity reports, which include the active totals grouping, need Takeoff Studio Pro.
