PDF, pictures, printing and booklets

Save a PDF at the exact page size, export pages as PNG pictures, print, or print a folded booklet.

  1. PDF in the top bar saves all pages or just this one. Text stays sharp, real text.
  2. For a print shop, tick Include bleed and Crop marks (Desktop Publishing Pro).
  3. Tick Booklet (Pro) to put pages two to a sheet in folding order. Print on both sides, flipping on the short edge, then fold and staple.
  4. ··· > Export picture (PNG) saves this page or every page at 96, 150 or 300 dpi.
  5. ··· > Print, or Ctrl+P, prints at the publication's own page size.
