HR & team tracker
A digital new-hire onboarding checklist with due dates and sign-off - paperwork, equipment, access, training and introductions - tracked per new hire, relative to their own start date.
Every hire gets their own horizontal timeline spanning their earliest to latest task, with markers plotted at their due-day position - hollow until done, filled once signed off - plus a start-day tick and a "today" marker once they've started.
Add a new hire with a name, role and start date, and a full onboarding checklist - paperwork, equipment, access, training and introductions - is applied automatically, each task due a set number of days before or after their start.
Marking a task done captures who signed it off and when - a real record for right-to-work checks, inductions and every other task that needs accountability, not just a tick.
A cross-hire view of everything still outstanding, grouped by category, so you can work through paperwork, equipment, access, training or introductions for every hire at once.
The Summary tab surfaces every task whose due date has passed and isn't signed off yet, sorted with the longest-overdue at the top, so nothing important slips through.
A dedicated callout lists every hire starting within the next 7 days, so equipment and access setup never gets left to the last minute.
Copy a plain-text summary of every hire's progress to the clipboard, or export a standalone HTML file to keep or share.
Light/dark theme remembers your choice, and a rotating set of sample hires - mixed upcoming, active and completed - lets you explore the app before entering your own.

Employee Onboarding Checklist is a Windows desktop app, free to try from the Microsoft Store.
Yes - Employee Onboarding Checklist uses the same shared Metre2 account as Vector, Forma and every other Keystone app. Sign in once and it works everywhere.
Each new hire gets their own horizontal, day-relative timeline spanning their earliest to latest onboarding task. Task markers are plotted at their due-day position, colour-coded by category, hollow until done and filled once signed off, with a start-day tick and a "today" marker once they've started.
Every onboarding task has a day offset relative to the hire's start date - some negative, like ordering equipment a few days before day one, some positive, like a 30-day check-in. The app computes the actual due date from each hire's own start date.
A hire is "upcoming" if their start date is in the future, "completed" once every one of their onboarding tasks is signed off, and "active" otherwise.
It's a simpler cross-hire view - every outstanding task across every hire, grouped by category, so you can work through paperwork, equipment, access, training or introductions in one pass instead of hire by hire.
