Stock & inventory tracking
Track stock levels and reorder points for materials and supplies across multiple sites or vans - a grouped stock-level view with a clear below-reorder alert for every material, everywhere you keep it.
Materials are grouped by location, each on its own stock-level bar showing current quantity against a reorder-point marker and the maximum stock level - so a below-reorder material stands out immediately, wherever it is.
Every material/location combination is scored Healthy, Low or Needs reorder against the thresholds you set - with a dedicated Reorder tab listing exactly what's short and a suggested order quantity, grouped by location.
Add as many locations as your operation needs - yard, site office, individual vans - each material carries its own quantity, reorder point and maximum level per location.
Fixings, timber, insulation, electrical, plumbing and consumables - every material is tagged so the material list and reference views stay organised as it grows.
Log a delivery or a job's usage with a note, or use the quick +/- buttons for a fast adjustment - every change lands in a searchable movement history on the Summary tab.
Give a material an optional cost per unit and the Summary tab totals quantity x cost across every location - a running figure for what's currently held in stock.
Copy a plain-text summary of totals and everything below its reorder point to the clipboard, or export a standalone HTML file to keep or share.
Light/dark theme remembers your choice, and two rotating sample inventories - a general building firm and a plumbing & heating firm - let you explore the app before entering your own stock.
