A full tender/bid pipeline tool for competitive contractors
A dashboard with probability-weighted pipeline value and stale-tender follow-up reminders, a drag-and-drop kanban board, a dedicated tender detail page with a document checklist and activity timeline, a client directory, win/loss analytics with charts and competitor tracking, a deadline calendar, checklist templates and a Ctrl+K command palette - everything you need to run a tender/bid pipeline from identification through to win or loss, in one sidebar-navigated app.
Dashboard, Pipeline, Win/Loss Analytics, Calendar, Client Directory and Settings each live on their own dedicated page behind a persistent left-hand sidebar - hero stats, a pipeline-value donut chart, a deadline urgency strip, a "needs a follow-up" list of tenders with no recent activity, and a recent-activity feed all in one view.
One column per active stage - Identified, Preparing, Submitted - with colour-coded deadline countdowns, document-checklist and win-probability badges per card. Drag a card to a new column to change its stage.
Click any tender to open a full detail page - a tickable document checklist with a completion bar, a timestamped activity/notes timeline, tags, and stage-change controls that prompt for an outcome note when a bid is won or lost.
Every active tender gets a sensible default win probability by stage - editable per tender - so the Dashboard shows both raw pipeline value and a probability-weighted figure that's a more realistic read on likely incoming work.
Hand-rolled win-rate-over-time, win-rate-by-client and submitted-value-over-time charts, an average-value won-vs-lost comparison, a "losses by competitor" breakdown from an optional "lost to" field, and an all-time pipeline funnel from Identified through to Won - all recomputed live from your data, no external chart library.
Every client you've bid to, automatically grouped from your tenders - sortable by tenders bid, win rate, value won or lost, and last activity. Click through to see every tender for that client in one place.
Save a named checklist template - Public Sector Standard, for example - and apply it to bulk-populate a new or existing tender's document checklist in one click, instead of retyping the same document list every time.
A hand-rolled month grid plots every submission deadline on its date, colour-coded by urgency - click straight through to that tender's detail page.
Tag tenders freely (Public sector, Repeat client, and so on), filter the pipeline board by tag, and jump instantly to any page, tender or client with a fuzzy-searching Ctrl+K command palette - fully keyboard-navigable, no mouse required.
Tender & Bid Management only tracks the opportunity, deadline, document checklist, activity notes, probability-weighted value and outcome. It doesn't write proposals, generate documents or estimate - that stays with Metre2 Vector and Forma, or a proper CRM/bid-management platform for large-scale competitive tendering.
Copy a plain-text summary or export a standalone HTML file, or print a clean one-page board-pack report straight from the browser - a full portfolio summary from the Dashboard, or a single-tender summary with its document checklist and activity log from the detail page.
Light/dark theme remembers your choice, and two rotating sample tender sets - each with activity notes, document checklists, probabilities and tags already populated - let you explore every page before logging your own tenders.

One column per active pipeline stage - Identified, Preparing, Submitted. Each column holds a card per tender at that stage, showing the client, value estimate, a colour-coded days-until-deadline pill, a document-checklist completion badge and a win-probability badge. Drag a card between columns to change its stage, or click it to open a dedicated detail page.
No. Tender & Bid Management only tracks the opportunity, its deadline, a checklist of submission document references (filenames or links, no real file storage), pipeline status, probability-weighted value, activity notes and the eventual win/loss outcome. It is not a bid-writing, proposal-generation or document-authoring tool.
Won divided by (Won + Lost), as a percentage. Withdrawn tenders are excluded from both the numerator and the denominator, since a withdrawn bid was never actually decided win-or-lose. The Win/Loss Analytics page also breaks this down over time, by client, and as a pipeline funnel.
Every active tender has a win probability - a sensible default per stage (Identified 20%, Preparing 40%, Submitted 60%), which you can override per tender. The Dashboard shows both the raw pipeline value and this value multiplied by each tender's win probability, giving a more realistic view of likely incoming work. It's a single percentage multiplier only, not an estimating or costing feature.
It moves off the active pipeline board into the Win/Loss Analytics page. Moving a tender to Won or Lost prompts for an outcome note at that moment - and for Lost, an optional "lost to" competitor field - which then feeds the win-rate-over-time chart, the win-rate-by-client breakdown, the losses-by-competitor breakdown and the total value won/lost.
A page listing every client you've bid to, grouped automatically from your tenders - tenders bid, win rate against that client, value won, value lost and last activity date, sortable by any column. Click a client to see every tender you've ever bid for them.
If you submit the same kind of document set for similar tenders - a standard public-sector pack, for example - save it once as a named template from Settings, then apply it to any tender to bulk-populate its document checklist instead of retyping the same list each time.
The Dashboard flags any active tender with no activity note logged in the last 7 days (falling back to when it was first logged, if it has no notes yet), so tenders don't quietly go stale while you're focused elsewhere.
Opens a command palette that fuzzy-searches every page, tender and client in the app and jumps straight there - fully keyboard-navigable with the arrow keys and Enter, and closable with Escape.
