Fill & Sign

Open a PDF to fill and sign

Type on any form, tick the boxes, add your signature and initials, stamp it and save a signed copy. Your original is never changed.

or drop one anywhere
  • Any PDF. Real form fields fill in place; on anything else just click and type - text lines up on the printed lines.
  • Your signature, ready. Draw it, type it or import a picture once, then add it with a click. Initial every page in one go.
  • Private. Everything happens on this computer. Nothing is uploaded.

Templates

Save a form you fill every week - where the text, signature, date and stamp go - then fill it again from a few questions, or make a copy for every row of a spreadsheet.

Batch sign

Put your signature, initials, date or stamp on the open PDF, then add the same marks in the same place on a whole stack of PDFs - a week of timesheets or delivery notes in one go.

1. The pattern

Marks keep their distance from the nearest corner, so they land in the same place on A4, A3 or letter.

2. The PDFs

    Signing log

Every signed copy you've saved on this computer: when, which document, what was added and whether it carries a certificate signature.

Certificate signatures need the Windows app

Signing with a certificate uses the certificates installed on your PC, including company and smart-card ones - a web page can't reach those. Get Metre2 Fill & Sign PDF free from the Microsoft Store; certificate signing is part of Fill & Sign PDF Pro.
